    Overview

Do you want to make a difference for children in your community? The Department of Human Services seeks a highly motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, and inclusive staff member to join our team as a Child Support Technician!

Child Support Specialists manage a caseload of varying sizes to ensure that children receive financial and medical support from both parents. Specialists locate parents, establish paternity, child support, and medical support, modify support orders, and enforce those obligations through a variety of legal and administrative actions. Specialists also perform legal and court research to assist in determining the most appropriate legal or administrative action to establish or enforce a child support order.

At the Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive and provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe.
