Position Description:
Duties: In this role, you’ll enhance the job and organizational performance and development of provider partners by meeting their initial and changing needs for education, training and support around best practices.
Brief Description:
Help provider agencies build and develop exceptional workforces.
Job Prerequisites:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Work, Human Services or a related field. Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have the ability to build and cultivate relationships with provider agencies. Strong communication skills are necessary.
Compensation:- Outstanding pay (Minimum hourly rate of $22.08)

- Paid time off and flexible scheduling
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Since 1967, the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been serving the people of Licking County. Today, we employ 100 staff members and work with over 2500 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
