    Job Summary

    Performs varied, complex administrative work of above average difficulty and of a specialized nature involving customer service, monetary processing, maintaining office/personnel records and providing specific information on park amenities and services. Have specialized knowledge in interpretation of park and City of Orlando ordinances, rules, regulations and procedures. Work is performed according to general instructions and/or established guidelines, which apply o most usual work situations. Work is generally reviewed through random spot checks of records or discussion of problems; however, unusually important or complicated assignments are checked in detail upon completion.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and two to three (2-3) years of clerical experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM required .

    Typing Test Information:
    Tests are administered by invitation only.
    Only applicants meeting the minimum qualifications will be invited via email. Invitations will be sent to the email address listed on the application.
    Applicants will have (3) three days from the date of the invitation to complete the test. Tests may be completed virtually or onsite.
    Applicants are allowed one opportunity to pass the typing test within a posting period or any given 30 days. Scores are valid for one year."

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
