SL - Emergency Hire - Administrative Support Coordinator I - Student Diversity & Belonging

Job Summary

• Lead student staff team meetings and 1-on-1 checking in on tasks.
• Monitor campus and community partnerships, such as coordinating routine outreach and following up on collaboration interests.
• Strategize and organize how center operations can shift based on event programming feedback and assessment of student assistant practices.
• Share center supplies needed, such as center snacks and general supplies.
• Assist with the management of the website and department marketing.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or its equivalent. Type 45 wpm. Four years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $22.29 - $24.51 per hour

Classification Range: $22.29 - $35.03 per hour

The Anticipated Hiring Range referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
