  • Job Description

    Job Location: This position will be domiciled at the Central Missouri Regional Office located in Columbia, MO with the possibility to domicile at an alternative Regional Office location if spacing allows.

    Completion of ongoing professional development and leadership training.

    • Hiring, onboarding, and training of new SDS team members.

    • Completion of Monthly Engage and Annual Reflect meetings held with SDS team members to review progress of goals and professional development interests.

    • Approve/deny time and leave for SDS team members

    • Provide ongoing technical assistance to SDS team members and stakeholders by providing relevant statutory or program authority when applicable

    • Facilitate weekly SDS team meetings to provide relevant updates

    • Development of quarterly SDS newsletter

    • Completion of Financial Management Service (FMS) Employee Review Process (monthly).

    • Work with FMS to resolve weekly and monthly authorization, billing, and reporting issues.

    • Review and approve FMS invoices monthly.

    • Assist with development of guidelines, policies, and procedures related to SDS enrollment, SDS Compliance Reviews, SDS Improvement Plans, Terminations, and other procedures that may evolve.

    • Evaluate reports and program indicator data to determine trends that may need addressed at a program level and/or need to be addressed with SDS team members.

    • Monitor additional inboxes and assign SDS interest meetings and new SDS requests to SDS team members.

    Preferred Qualifications:

      • Four years of experience in a human service-related field.

    • Training, certification, and/or education in continuous process improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma as well as completion of Missouri Way, Leadership Academy, and similar programs is preferred.
