- Assist with development of written guidance, procedures, and other materials pertinent to early learning programs, school readiness and kindergarten entry activities.
- Understand and maintain compliance with statutes, rules, regulations and policies relating to early learning programs.
- Monitor early learning programs in accordance with federal and state rules.
- Review and manage applications for early learning curriculums.
- Facilitate review and evaluation of curriculums meeting established timelines.
- Develop and review training and technical assistance materials for the Missouri Early Learning Standards (MELS).
- Support various state and national reporting and survey projects.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in early childhood, education, communications, human development, family studies, or other related area.
OR - Four or more years of professional or technical experience in providing social/human services; elementary/early childhood education; project management or contract management, and possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
