    Job Location: This position will be located at 1000 E. 24th St. KCMO 64108.

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop and monitor patient treatment and adjust it as needed.
    • Provide individual and group therapy and competency education services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive and intellectual deficits, as well as personality components.
    • Act as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Conduct psychological testing to answer referral questions as needed.
    • Provide supervision to psychology trainees.
    • Optional opportunity to participate in court-ordered evaluations and work toward becoming a Certified Forensic Examiner.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    ● No disciplinary action in the previous 12 months (Internal candidates only).

    ● Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology.

    • Currently a licensed psychologist for the state of Missouri or license eligible.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    ● Previous experience with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive disorders, and intellectual disabilities.

    • ● Previous experience in competency restoration treatment.

    Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
