OverviewDo you have at least one year of experience taking customer payments and providing excellent customer service? The Treasurer and Public Trustee's Office is hiring a Treasurer's Technician to join our team!
We are a small office that prides itself on providing outstanding customer service, and as a Treasurer's Technician you will be the first person to greet the taxpayers who come into our office. You will also answer taxpayer questions and take payments. The schedule for this position will be 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

• Previous experience handling cash and balancing cash drawers
• Customer service experience and exhibit excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Timely and regular attendance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with standard bookkeeping practices and methods, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and journal entries.

- One (1) year of experience in a directly related field or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities within a Treasurer's Office.
