Associate /Customer Service Representative (MVDL)

HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This position will be a customer service and technical position that will review and process a variety of documents and applications related to motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions. You will be an ideal candidate if you have good typing skills, you are very detail oriented, and you have the ability to process complex work with dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:
This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.- Explain laws, regulations, and procedures
- Search computerized records and files
- Accurately communicate the requested information to customers either in person or on the telephone
- Process requests concerning all phases of motor vehicle and driver licensing transactions
CORE COMPETENCIES NEEDED:

Self-directed Attention to Detail Clear Communication
QUALIFICATIONS:- Possess a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency certificate, and
- Six or more months of experience in clerical or general office support work. (Substitutions may be allowed)
