- Responds to inquiries either written or verbal from customers, vendors, and the public regarding agency matters
- Monitor specialized Outlook Inboxes to track and assign tasks
- Purchase, track and monitor assigned iPads, iPhones, and accessories for the entire Division
- Work with ITSD to complete the 5-year device refresh
- Work with Division employees to ensure iTrack verifications are accurate and completed timely
- Review and respond as needed to device reports provided by ITSD
- Complete fixed assets inventory
- Review telecom bills for accuracy and work with ITSD to remove devices from monthly bill
- Compose or draft correspondence involving the interpretation of agency rules, regulations, and program responsibility
- Serve as back up to Division front desk when needed
- Other financial duties as assigned
One or more years of experience as a Administrative Support Assistant with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
ORFour or more years of office or related clerical experience; and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
